CALL CENTER OPERATOR • Female • Aged 22-30 years old • Any ethnicity This is likely the most important character, and one that will be doing a lot of the heavy lifting across all of the communications. She is a smart, witty, and helpful young woman. Her nationality or background isn’t as important as her personality, and the ability to be able to deliver the lines in an approachable and knowledgeable way. Or even improv some lines and reactions. She may be from her early to late 20s. But her knowledge and experience might represent years beyond that. It’s like her family grew up in the business, and she’s been around it since she’s been a child. So she knows the ins and outs. This is how she’s able to own the conversations. And is able to deliver, and respond, with the appropriate amount of confidence, information, encouragement, and sass.
